What aspect of your personality adds the most value to your work at VerdanaBold?
Adaptability is my strength. I can maintain a positive mentality and adapt to changes quickly, which is important when working in a fast-paced environment with various clients.
If you were to start a company from scratch, what values would you build it on?
I would build my company on integrity and respect. I believe it’s important to remain true to your values and respect is essential in creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
How do you measure the success of your work at VerdanaBold?
I believe client satisfaction is crucial. It’s a great feeling to know your client is happy with the work you’ve done for them. Being proud of the work you’ve produced is also very important. When I can find a good balance between these two concepts, I consider my work to be successful.
What are you passionate about?
Having meaningful connections with people. The world would be so much better if people valued each other more, so I try my best to leave a positive footprint wherever I go.
What are three things still left on your bucket list?
Traveling to every continent (aside from Antarctica), designing my dream house, and having my own she shed to read and work on my favorite arts and crafts.
What is your favorite book? What is your favorite book cover design?
That’s a tough one. I’ll go with The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. It’s a great psych thriller with many plot twists. My favorite book cover design would be Legendborn by Tracy Deonn. It has a magical aesthetic and really captures the subtle details referenced in the book.
What is your favorite thing about working at VerdanaBold so far?
I haven’t been a part of the VerdanaBold team very long, but I would definitely say the people. Everyone is so kind, skilled and supportive, which makes for a great group of people to collaborate with and also enjoy the company of.
